About

I am a PhD student at the University of Wolverhampton, about to undertake study under Professor John Buckley and Dr Stephen Badsey.

My thesis will examine the role of 21st Army Group's eight independent armour brigades during the campaign in North-West Europe, 1944-45. I am particularly interested in doctrine, operational research, and combat effectiveness.

Aside from this I am interested in all aspects of the Second World War and have a long list of subjects I would like to study in the future!

I am also a Second World War re-enactor and a volunteer at the Firing Line Museum in Cardiff Castle.
